The govt. has become more strict with punishing graffiti artists (taggers), a guy got sent to jail for tagging, he got 28 or 30 days. What do you think about this topic, and what would you think is a fair punishment for these artistic criminals?

Can anyone give me the names of some “graffiti” style artists?
Either people who incorporate graffiti into “traditional” pieces, or even just graffiti taggers. I’d appreciate links/photos too (:

Is there any graffiti art walls in utah where you can go and do graffiti where its not illegal?
I know some people that do graffiti. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a place or places in Utah where they have a art wall or walls they allow graffiti and it wouldn’t be illegal? I know in California at Long Beach or whatever the beach is cant remember but the city gave the walls to the taggers and they can go there any time and spray paint on the walls. If they don’t have any graffiti art walls in Utah they need some so people can express their art legally.
